Global pause campaigns for holidays

We can set campaigns to run only on certain days of the week, but it would be helpful to cause all campaigns to pause on specific dates, especially important holidays -- such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc.) that are off-limits for contacting prospects. Right now we must put every campaign in draft status manually.

Holiday hours, and vacation block time::
When an account admin adds a holiday or blocktime to a calendar, give toggles for the following options:
1- Update GBP and Yext?
2- Pause all outbound messages?
3- Pause all automated outbound messages but permit manual messages?
4- Pause informational messages (newsletters)?
5- Pause marketing messages (with a CTA like call now to claim…)?
6- Pause transactional messages (invoices, receipts, proposals, estimates)?
7a- Pause appointment reminders?
7b- Resume appointment reminders on the last day of holiday/vacation or on the first work day?
7c- Permit appointment confirmation messages during holiday/vacation?
8- Draft a holiday/vacation/out of office post in Social Planner?
9- Activate a temporary voice message?
10- Activate an alternate IVR sequence?

Prasoon Dadhich Would be great if possible to also block certain dates that are "holidays" for the business. So if we are out of office we can choose that specific day(s) to also be a "holiday"

Keith Besherse I was implying for just automation purposes so when we get internal notifications because of automations we can mark the business or ourselves as "on holiday"

Cameron Winkler yes. And the point of the all-in-one communication platform for small business is to make life simpler for the owner.
When the owner is not responding to messages then have the GBP update to say that day is no longer available to provide service.s too.

Would really love a global setting under workflows to pause all workflow actions on holidays or to add specific pause dates to each workflow under the settings. I.E. We would typically do automated SMS and forced calleds on Thursdays for several of our workflows, but want to exclude 11/25/2021 for Thanksgiving.

Also holiday settings for automatically blocking off calendars instead of manually doing it, especially for holidays that arent designated (Thanksgiving). Should be in company settings
