I don't see why this should be hard since you make tutorials and help docs natively anyway. There are 3rd party vendors doing this so why can't GHL itself? Godaddy has a system for this - you can be a whitelabel reseller and they give you a full help docs library customized to your brand. there are solutions.

Hi everyone! We would love to deliver on this but the scope of the ask is pretty vast as everyone onboards differently, the UI changes frequently, and clearly people want them in all sorts of languages. Maybe we could have you all vote on the top tutorials you'd want most? Also, have you seen these videos that are in the Local Hero Snapshot? https://app.gohighlevel.com/v2/preview/QhD0IzMq81bMHXff676K

Chase Buckner if you have a dedicated team 1-3 people I think you could do it quite easily using a product like HeyGen. Making changes is easy and delivering in multi-languages is quick and easy.

Chase Buckner Thank you for sending those over. I'd be happy if you (i.e. GHL) continued to build out help.leadconnectorhq.com so it included more topics.

Chase Buckner Indeed, it's not necessarily a small thing, but it still makes a lot more sense for GHL to provide these, in a high quality, versus thousands of us making them.
And yes, you guys ship a lot of updates, but a lot of the time we're actually unaware of the update. So this would actually be a great way to notify us of updates, by shipping a new video into a GHL video community.
And for languages. Just do them in English, you are an American company after all, at least at the beginning, but provide the transcript for them. Then non-English agencies can decide if they want to just do subtitles in their own language, dub them, or they can take the transcript, throw it into ElevenLabs and translate and re-record the audio in their own language and then slap it over the video.

Chase Buckner... Those videos are great!. My take is that anyone worth their salt would love videos like that... Provide the script with them and people can easily translate that to any language and record a voice over in there ownvoice or use eleven labs to create the voice over. That makes them super easy for your team to produce because no person on camera... Just simple screen cap done by the expert on the feature, post and done. Capture using obs and no render time required. You would not even have to clip the front or the back or edit anything at all... If people are not willing to do anything they will fail anyway.

Chase Buckner, you are absolutely correct about how quickly the UI changes. It seems to me that this would be a good use case for Ask AI. Give it a tutorial mode where it walks the user through how to do the activities on that page. If it is challenging for your team to keep up imagine how disconnected every one of the agencies then is when they need to continually update basic instructional videos. https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/saas/p/white-lable-explainer-articles

Chase Buckner you have the worlds best system STOP IT! DUPLICATE the existing Highlevel help system and everywhere where 'Highlevels' name or logo is replace it with a [[custom values agency name]] / logo. You don't need to recreate anything. Godaddy has done this for decades now.

Chase Buckner hey - whitelabel documentation would be more than awesome, not leadconnector. This would make a huge step forward.

Chase Buckner I believe that AI could do a good job if it was trained well.

Keith Besherse this is another point - with Ask AI getting so good, will people even need videos moving forward or will they just tell it what to do

Eddie Holford We have AI doing this now, so you should see the LeadConnector help library build up quickly

Chase Buckner Don't over complicate this request that would be a huge help. To start, just make a few videos talking about what is HighLevel and features. Just like affiliates do on YouTube. But keep in mind of the audience. First, make one for a busy business owner that is thinking to hiring us, with a good overview on HighLevel and what it can do. I have to use YouTube videos for that and then have to offer a 30 day free trial to match it, when they didn't ask for that. Second video, same thing but go into more depth. For a manager that wants to get a better understanding. Third video, make a general overview for a "sales person". Someone that is going to put leads in their opportunity pipeline, create contacts, etc and just needs to know how to use it to make sales. Then, make another video for a business that just signed and needs help with the initial set up. Business details, EIN, connecting email, calendar, etc. Basic things when they first get started. And then a video on setting up the phone, a2p. And then another on connecting the domain. That would be great to start with. Huge help! Solves majority of my needs. Please please help us with those videos. You can probably knock those out quickly. English to start and have AI translate them. Thank you so much for your consideration!

Chase Buckner, my test of Ask AI and Funnel AI last week and this has been very encouraging. The Funnel AI put the branding elements in a non-editable background image - not helpful; but, in general they were both much closer to what I was hoping for as a result than I would have expected even 6 months ago. I agree, the era of tutorial videos is probably fast disappearing.

Sol Bejarano, I think what you are talking about are sales videos rather than training videos...

Chase Buckner - sure but since it is changing day by day would nice to just provide a whitelabel domain like we do it in agency settings. So it would get updated immediately.

It would be great to have some whitelabeled how to videos so that theg can be shared to other clients that want to get started but do not know how to work gohighlevel.

I think the best route for this, not only to create them but to maintain them, is to open it up to the community with some sort of incentive. What´s more expensive, assigning an internal GHL team to make sure videos are always up to date in as many languages as possible, or pay some $$ per minute delivered. There are tons of GHL agency owners that are doing this already, create the incentive and get this ball rolling. This has been on here for too long, upgrades are moving too fast for you guys to keep up internally.
This could translate to a centralized repository with versioned multilanguage videos, so that we don´t have to replace videos with a new one every time they´re updated. Same URL, updated version (like drive or any other storage platform)
