I am a bit amazed that there is no apparent way to see a list of community members who have registered for an event calendar event.

Need to see who has signed up for Community Events

Having events in Community is awesome - but it's currently not possible to see who has signed up. This means there's no way to get a headcount for who is coming or to communicate specifically with the registered attendees.

Hey there - this has been planned since Feb 11 2025 - how is this progressing. THis is such a required field.

Can we also make it so we auto RSVP the members that belong to a certain channel? This is so helpful for the group to get the notifications automatically without having to RSVP. Circle does this really well and my members love it.

I really can't stress enough how important it is to know who has registered for an event. Especially since the notification (which we can't change!) says 'register now so you don't miss out!' People obviously think they've RSVPd but they haven't. It's a disaster :-(

This is something we have seen more people asking for recently. Community Admins really need:
- A way to see a list of everyone who has registered for an event. So they can click on a specific event on their calendar and see the names and email addresses of all the people who registered.
- It would be helpful to be able to export the list was well.
- Plus, a workflow trigger based on community event registrations would be an amazing way to save users time and energy, so they can send follow up emails and notifications to people who register for a specific event.

Shivani Gera As the team starts working on this, please keep in mind that some events are hybrid, meaning that attendees could attend virtually or come in-person.
In these cases, we really need the following capabilities:
- Specify event format: Virtual, In-Person, Hybrid
- Specify link for virtual attendees
- Specify address for in-person attendees
- When someone clicks the "Register" button for an event, we prompt them for which way they plan to attend (virtual or in-person)
- We can then see who all is registered for an event and the format they plan to attend.
This is all obviously in addition to having the register action be able to trigger workflow automation.
This is going to be amazing when live, so big thanks to you and the team in advance!

It is insane that there is a calendar that doesn't allow us to see who has registered.

I posted one of these too so I'm upvoting this as well! It doesn't make sense to have an events calendar feature that doesnt integreate with the already existing events calendar feature!

Molly Olszewski, "I posted one of these too ..." If you give us the link (or title) we (I) can upvote your version. And by linking related suggestions Core Platform Sales & Marketing Shivam HighLevel can align ideas that are related even if not exactly the same but which use the same infrastructure in the software engineering.
