The ticketing feature should allow for the purchaser to specify if the ticket is for them or someone else so that automations can be set up to go to the participant not just the purchaser.
If they purchase multiple tickets, there should be a button that appears that asks if they want the information to be sent to the guest also if yes then a form to collect name, email and number appears. Then the automation tab should have an option to send to guests. The guest would have a contact created that is tagged to the purchaser like a husband and wife.
This would give the option for someone to purchase an event ticket for someone else and all correspondence to go to the guest as well as the purchaser.

Would love a simple system like
Would love the ability to add "claimable" products in the product type section when creating a product. Currently we have physical product, digital product, and service.
But I want a "digital ticket" for an in person event such as a festival. Where the ticket can be claimed at the venue entrance once. That way, the ticket number (because its digital) can't be given to someone else to claim as well. If there is no claim feature, staff won't know if a ticket has already been used.
As for the guestlist. Currently you can have "sort of" a guest list with forms but only one person will be in the system and the attendees can only be ticked off with the person who submitted the list.
For example, lets say you have a night club and you can submit a guest list and your friends to it. This will now give you and your friends free entry at the door if you get their before a certain time.
But what if some of your friends couldn't make it to the line or door at the same time as you and have to come later or you might "split up".
In that case, we need to be able to "tick off" each in individual person without each of them having to submit themselves to the door list all separately because this creates resistance. Usually one person in the friend group submits the list with all their friends included.
This is what MyGuestList.com does. Would love to have this in here natively

The key is to track not only who is issued tickets, but also mind attendance by allowing a QR ticket to only be used once.
