Restrict Chat Among Members (And unlock at leaderboard milestones)

Skool has a great feature that lets them restrict chat among members until they reach a certain level on the interaction leaderboard.
This seems to be in place to reduce spam messaging and improve the quality of the groups in general
Is this possible in the communities section and if not can we get it?

Chris Jeong, I agree, unlock the option after they've been vetted in the room. Multiple related ideas. I am trying to not over-vote so when Sales & Marketing Product Team finally merges these the count will not be inflated.
