It would also be helpful to have a menu option "Change date" for each post in the Social Planner Approval view. This saves time when I want to change the date instead of having to open the post in edit mode

I would want this to be on a per channel basis. The ability for specific channels to require approval and others not..

Ability for managers to view and approve social posts on a mobile web view or mobile app. The notification email to approve posts should have a direct link to mobile view or app so managers can directly approve
