The app has been extremely buggy—slow to load and frequently logging users out. This is impacting the user experience and is hurting community engagement.

i've noticed a 'bug' with the kollab app on my phone. when i try to create a post in the community I can only add a headline but not text and can't post it

I agree! after they click on accepting invitation and joining the mobile GoKollab app it just goes to a blank screen. Leaving them to not know what to do next. Then when you finally get them in - The user also has notifications options that should only be available for the admin. I added someone recently and did not give them admin or any capabilities other than a user and it gave them the same notifications I have as an admin. "get notified when new members to join group", "Group joining request approval", "group joining request rejected", "role updates in private channel". See screen shot of what they see. It is EXACTLY the same I have as admin, and not what they need at all! Yikes! I'm trying to move my Circle community over but this mobile experience is making it me second guess my decision.
Please also make the UX match the desktop version. It is so inconsistent and makes it very confusing. As a community that does not need gamification, turning this off is as important. The events do not need to live behind the profile - they need to be front in a menu top left or bottom next to courses or discussions. Videos are not easily played without scaling problems or freezing. This has to be fixed for courses or it is not relevant at all or meeting the same level of experience to the desktop version. The potential is there but it is all in the details to compete with Circle or Skool at a basic level. Please refer to Circle's mobile experience for UX and notifications. It works fantastic!

Using iPad, the add image button doesn’t open photos library.
On iPad (but not android phone), I don’t have an iPhone to test, the Add Image button for Post or Comment in Communities opens the camera, not the photo library.

I've had users inform me that they are frequently being logged out, often many times during a single day, which discourages using the app. I also experience this myself. The concept of the app is great and attention to these types of details will help to make it all come to fruition.

Grant Collins I second this. I also heard from my members that they are a bit annoyed by these way too frequent (like every 2 hours?) auto-logouts. Plus it then looks like they're still kind of logged in the client portal but not in the membership anymore so for them it feels like they suddenly don't have access to the membership courses anymore, so they got confused and reached out to me. So this caused a subpar experience for our members - and entrepreneurs.

Please pause the skateboard launches until every existing product is at least a street legal dual-sport bike or a cruiser. They don’t need to be super bikes. And we can still be waiting to see whether the user community wants a sports sedan or a panel van as the final version. But at least get all the core automations working on all the current products. Thank you.
