100% needed. Everyone who joins my email list is being invited welcomed into the community and it's odd getting two emails one that's generic and another one that's branded to get into the community. Would love to just customize the one and have it setup that way.

Ability to customize or turn off notifications for community channels

I noticed this when setting up our first community. The emails sent for membership logins are fully customizable but for communities 2 emails are sent initially that cannot be customized. It sounds like all notifications are also sent as emails which also can't be turned off..
We have committed to using the communities feature yet but the inability to customize these without unsubscribing makes me not want to use communities which is a shame. Please just give us the same options memberships has for email customization at least.

extremely critical.... im trying to move my team from WhatsApp to high-level but there needs to be away to join channels to receive notifications and also turn them off.
It's obsolete without this feature.

In regard to notifications, this is one of the biggest factors I'm waiting to be resolved to start using communities in GHL.

This is essential! No one wants to be spammed with 30 emails telling you "your post was liked" - and OWNERS do not want to be CHARGED to send those emails out! Its crazy to charge owners for an email notification that no one wants - not community members and not the owner!
Community members are going crazy getting spammed with email notifications just telling them their post was liked!
How much is it costing owners who have hundreds of community members??????
