It will be great if we have menu option in chat widget that user can select, and chat move forward with that or have a FAQ section with chat widget where people can get all the info they want to ask. or add the ability to add conversation AI in chat widget so AI can communicate and if some needs our attention can send notification to join the conversation

Present options to live chat users so they can choose pre-selected fields that will put them on a certain path. I'd also like the ability to create a workflow that assigns certain agents to an inbound message based on the chosen pre-selected answer.
For example, if there's a drop down with Option A, Option B, Option C and the user selects Option A; HighLevel would automatically assign the user to any agent who's capable of answering questions about Option A.
