๐Ÿ” WHY ARE PRICES CHANGING?
Telecommunications carriers periodically update the per-minute costs associated with routing and connecting voice calls across global networks.
These pricing adjustments reflect updates in those underlying carrier connection costs and our ongoing investments in global voice infrastructure and call quality.
โœ… WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
No action is required.
The new list prices will automatically take effect on October 13, 2026.
If you have an active fixed-price agreement covering any of the affected voice routes, your contracted pricing will remain unchanged for the duration of that agreement.
๐Ÿ™ THANK YOU
We know how important billing transparency is for your business. We remain committed to keeping you informed well in advance.

Members now have precise control over their community email preferences - unsubscribing from a specific notification type in one community no longer affects emails from other communities or the rest of the platform.
โœจ What's new?
Previously, clicking
Unsubscribe
in a Communities email could opt the member out of all platform email communication. This meant they could miss relevant updates from other communities and other parts of the platform.
With granular unsubscribe controls, the preference now applies only to the community that generated the email and the specific notification type - such as a comment mention or a new post with @everyone.
โš™๏ธ How it works
When a member clicks
Unsubscribe
in a community email:
  1. A confirmation page shows the community name and the specific notification type being turned off.
  2. The member confirms the scoped unsubscribe preference.
  3. Future emails matching that community and notification type are stopped.
  4. All other community and platform emails continue as normal.
Screenshot 2026-09-30 at 4
Screenshot 2026-09-30 at 4
Screenshot 2026-09-30 at 4
If a member clicks an unsubscribe link that has already been used or has expired, they see a clear message confirming no settings were changed.
Screenshot 2026-09-29 at 7
The disabled notification can be re-enabled at any time from the member's notification settings.
๐Ÿ’ก Why This Matters
A single unsubscribe action shouldn't silence an entire platform. Granular controls mean members can opt out of the specific emails they don't want while continuing to receive relevant updates from other communities and notification types - reducing accidental platform-wide opt-outs and keeping engagement intact.
๐Ÿ“ Notes
  • Unsubscribe preferences are scoped per community and per notification type.
  • Invalid unsubscribe links display a clear message with no settings changed.
  • Members can re-enable any disabled email notification from their notification settings at any time.
You can now delete options from Dropdown, Multi-select, Radio, and Checkbox fields for Custom Objects and Companies, bringing the same capability already available for Contact and Opportunity fields.
If an option is already used, existing records keep the value while the option is removed from future selection.
Whatโ€™s New?
  • Delete unused options permanently
  • Remove used options from future selection without losing existing record data
  • See how many records use an option before deleting it
  • Existing filters, Smart Lists, and workflows continue to work
Why This Matters
You can clean up outdated or incorrect field options without breaking historical data or existing automation.
How to Use
  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Custom Fields
  2. Open a Custom Object or Company field
  3. Delete the required option
  4. Review the affected-record count, if applicable
  5. Confirm deletion
Pro Tips
  • Used options remain visible on existing records
  • Deleted options cannot be selected for new records, filters, or workflow conditions
  • Contact and Opportunity fields already support deleting options
Agencies can now include Company and Custom Object Smart Lists in Account Snapshots and reuse the same segments across multiple sub-accounts.
Instead of rebuilding filters and Smart Lists for every client, agencies can configure their CRM segmentation once and deploy it as part of a reusable Snapshot.
Whatโ€™s New?
  • Add Company Smart Lists to Snapshots
  • Add Custom Object Smart Lists to Snapshots
  • Reuse Smart List setups across destination sub-accounts
  • Refresh existing Snapshots to include newly created Smart Lists
Screenshot 2026-09-29 at 6
Why This Matters
Smart Lists are often the starting point for how agencies organize and act on CRM data.
For example, you might create Smart Lists for:
  • Companies in a specific industry or account tier
  • Properties in a particular city or price range
  • Policies approaching renewal
  • Memberships nearing expiry
  • Any Custom Object segment relevant to your business
With Snapshot support, these segments can now be standardized and reused across client accounts, making onboarding and CRM setup significantly faster.
How to Use
  1. Go to Agency View โ†’ Account Snapshots
  2. Create a new Snapshot or refresh an existing one
  3. Select the required Company Smart Lists and Custom Object Smart Lists
  4. Include the relevant objects and fields used by those Smart Lists
  5. Load or push the Snapshot to the destination sub-account
Pro Tips
  • Test your Smart Lists in the source sub-account before adding them to a Snapshot
  • Include the underlying object and field configuration used by the Smart List
  • Review the destination sub-account after loading the Snapshot

Due to an upstream carrier migration, SMS is no longer supported on Mexico local phone numbers. To make this clear, we've added a status indicator directly in the Phone Numbers table.
What's New
"SMS not supported" status pill on Mexico local numbers ":
  • Under Manage Numbers >> Phone Numbers, any Mexico local number now shows an "SMS unavailable" pill alongside its existing status pills, so admins can see at a glance which numbers lost SMS capability.
  • This applies to both existing and newly purchased Mexico local numbers.
  • Improved multi-pill layout : When a number carries more than two status pills, they now wrap within the column instead of breaking the table layout.
image
How to find :
  • Go to Settings >> Phone Numbers >> Manage Numbers >> Phone Numbers tab.
image
  • If you have a Mexico local number, you'll see the "SMS not supported" pill with a tooltip for more context.
  • Voice (and WhatsApp, where applicable) continues to work as normal.
  • The buying journey for phone numbers remain unchanged and the numbers which are affected because of this carrier side dependency will show up with capability other than SMS . Please ensure that you make your number purchases accordingly
image
No setup is required ,the pill appears automatically for affected numbers.
Please feel free to reach out to our support teams in case of any queries.
๐Ÿš€ Summary of the release
Weโ€™ve enhanced
Meta campaign budgeting in Ad Manager
, giving advertisers more control over where their campaign budget is managed and how Meta can optimize spend across ad sets.
Users can now choose between a
Campaign budget
and an
Ad set budget
, enable Metaโ€™s
budget sharing across ad sets
, and manage supported budget and bid strategy settings directly within the campaign builder.
๐Ÿ‘€ Whatโ€™s New?
  1. Choose where your budget is controlled
  • Campaign budget
โ€“ Set one budget for the campaign and let Meta distribute it across ad sets automatically.
  • Ad set budget
โ€“ Define and manage budgets individually for each ad set.
  1. Share budget across ad sets
  • When using
    Ad set budget
    , users can enable
โ€œShare up to 20% of your budget with other ad sets.โ€
  • Meta can shift a portion of budget between eligible ad sets based on performance.
  • Individual ad set budgets remain configurable while budget sharing is enabled.
  1. Daily and Lifetime budgets
  • Campaigns support both
    Daily
    and
    Lifetime
    budget types.
  • When budgeting is managed at the ad set level, the budget and applicable schedule are configured for each ad set.
  1. Bid strategy controls
  • Choose between supported strategies such as:
    Highest volume
    and
    Cost per result goal
  • When
    Cost per result goal
is selected, the target cost is configured at the ad set level.
  1. Post-publish budget management
  • Budget setup can be updated after a campaign is published.
  • Users can move between
    Campaign budget
    and
    Ad set budget
, with the required budgets provided for the applicable ad sets.
  • Meta may temporarily restrict additional budget-setting changes after an update, based on Metaโ€™s own rules.
  1. Contextual guidance
  • The campaign builder now explains how campaign and ad set budgets work.
  • When budget sharing is enabled, users are informed that Meta may redistribute up to 20% of an ad setโ€™s budget across other eligible ad sets.
๐Ÿ‘ท How to Use?
  1. Go to
    Ad Manager
and create or edit a Meta campaign.
  2. Under
    Budget
    , choose:
Campaign budget or Ad set budget.
image
  1. If
    Ad set budget
    is selected, optionally enable
Share up to 20% of your budget with other ad sets.
image
  1. Configure the applicable
    Daily or Lifetime budget
    .
  2. Select the required
    Bid strategy
    .
image
  1. If using
    Ad set budget
, open each ad set to configure its individual budget, schedule, and applicable cost per result goal.
image
  1. Review the campaign and publish.
โญ Why It Matters
  • Previously, Meta campaign budgeting options in Ad Manager were more limited. This enhancement gives advertisers greater flexibility to decide whether Meta should optimize spend across the whole campaign or whether budgets should remain controlled at the individual ad set level.
  • With optional
    ad set budget sharing
, advertisers can retain ad set-level control while still allowing Meta to dynamically shift a portion of spend toward better-performing opportunities.
๐Ÿ“ Notes
  1. Budget-sharing availability and post-publish changes remain subject to
Metaโ€™s own eligibility and editing restrictions
    .
  2. The exact behavior of budget sharing can depend on the campaign and ad set configuration.
  3. Budget and schedule controls are shown at the appropriate campaign or ad set level based on the selected budget setup.
Businesses can now design their own invoice layouts with the new Layout AI Builder. Describe the invoice layout you want, and AI builds it for you. Then fine-tune any element in a visual builder and apply the layout to the invoices your customers see. You get full control over how your invoices look, without writing code or relying on one fixed template.
๐Ÿš€
Create and Edit Invoice Layouts with AI
  • Generate a layout with AI - Give the builder a prompt describing the invoice you want. For example: "A clean two-column invoice with my logo top-left, an itemized table in the center, and payment terms and bank details at the bottom." See what it builds from that alone.
  • Recreate an invoice you already use - Upload or describe your current invoice layout and let AI rebuild it, instead of starting from a blank template.
  • Fine-tune the result, your way - You're not locked into the first result. Keep asking Layout AI for further changes, or open the layout in the container to manually adjust style and content, and add, remove, align, or delete elements directly.
  • Every AI change saves a restore point, so you can go back to any earlier version from the chat. You can also undo changes from the toolbar.
  • Rate AI responses with a thumbs up or thumbs down to help improve results.
  • Publish is available once the layout has content. Publishing takes you back to the Layouts list, where the layout shows its new published version.

๐Ÿงฐ
Manage All Your Layouts in One Place
  • Build separate layouts for different clients, services, or business needs, then check your layouts list. Try previewing, downloading, cloning, or deleting a layout from there.
  • Switch between grid and list views.
  • Search layouts by name, and sort by name or last updated date.
  • Preview any layout without leaving the list.
  • Rename, clone, or delete a layout from its โ‹ฎ menu.
  • View history shows who created, edited, published, or copied each layout, and when.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ
How do layouts work with Invoices
  • Pick a published layout for any invoice, and your customer sees that design on the invoice preview.
  • The layout locks once an invoice is sent or partially paid.
  • If a layout is deleted, invoices that were already sent keep showing the original design.
  • Draft invoices that used a deleted layout switch to the default layout.

๐Ÿ”
Where Can I Find This?
  • Go to Payments, then Invoices & Estimates dropdown. You'll find the Layout AI Builder under Layouts.
  • Generate a layout with AI
  • Once you create and publish a layout, you can select it when creating invoices.

๐Ÿงญ
How to Activate:
  • Go to Settings โ†’ Labs โ†’ Sub-Account.
  • Search for AI-Powered Custom Invoice Layouts.
  • Click Activate Feature.
  • Turn on access for sub-accounts one at a time, or turn it on for all of them at once.

Ask AI

Ask AI Voice - Mobile App

Talk to Ask AI instead of typing. Tap the mic, speak, and the assistant answers out loud โ€” it listens while it talks, so you can interrupt it mid-sentence like a real conversation.
๐Ÿค” The Challenge
Ask AI on mobile was typing-only. On a phone, in a car, between appointments โ€” typing a long prompt is the slowest possible way to ask a question. Web already had voice; mobile didn't, so the one place you'd most want to just talk was the one place you couldn't.
โœจ Solution
Full two-way voice on Ask AI, at parity with the web experience โ€” your speech streams up live, the assistant's reply streams back as audio, and everything lands in the same chat you already know.
โ“ What all can be done
  • Tap the mic and talk: your words appear as a bubble while you're still speaking, then settle into the final transcript with a duration label.
  • Hear the answer: the assistant replies out loud through your speaker or headset, with the text highlighting in time with the voice so you can read along.
  • Interrupt anytime: start talking while the assistant is speaking and it stops immediately and listens to you โ€” no waiting for it to finish.
  • Answer its questions by tap: when the assistant shows a question or approval card, the mic pauses on its own, then picks back up once you've answered.
  • Keep going through bad signal: a dropped connection shows a "reconnectingโ€ฆ" pill and resumes the same conversation instead of starting over.
  • Minimise and come back: close the Ask AI sheet mid-conversation and the floating button shows voice is still live โ€” tap it to jump right back in.
  • Talk hands-free over a headset: AirPods and Bluetooth headsets are used automatically, with echo cancellation so the assistant never hears itself.
โญ What you get out of it
  • Ask in five seconds what used to take a paragraph of thumb-typing.
  • A real back-and-forth โ€” interrupt, redirect, follow up โ€” instead of one-shot prompts.
  • Works on the move: hands-free over a headset, with calls, Siri and backgrounding handled cleanly so nothing is left recording.
  • Same conversation, same history: voice and typed messages live in one thread โ€” switch between them whenever it suits you.
๐Ÿ› ๏ธ How to get started?
  • Open Ask AI, tap the mic on the message bar, and allow microphone access the first time.
  • Speak your question โ€” watch it transcribe live, then listen to the reply.

๐Ÿ‘€ What's New?
General Widgets on your sub-account dashboard are now editable โ€” configure what data each widget shows by adding permanent filter conditions and setting custom date ranges. Also compare performance across periods, rename widgets, apply themes, and duplicate them.
  • New Conditions tab lets you permanently filter any general widget by assigned user, tags, source, lead value, custom fields, and attribution โ€” filters persist every time the dashboard is opened
  • Date range override lets you lock a widget to a specific time period, independent of the dashboard-level date filter
  • Date property and date range are now shown explicitly on each widget face so you always know what time period you are looking at
  • Comparison mode lets you see current period vs last year or last period directly on the widget
Screenshot 2026-09-24 at 7
๐Ÿ‘ท How It Works:
  • Go to Dashboard and click Edit dashboard (top right)
  • Hover over any general widget and click the three-dot menu (โ‹ฎ) โ†’ select Edit
  • In the Configure tab โ€” edit the widget title and set a date range override under Advanced Settings
  • In the Conditions tab โ€” add permanent data filters by selecting a field, operator, and value
  • In the Themes tab โ€” apply a visual theme to match your branding
  • Click Save โ€” your configuration persists every time the dashboard opens
Screenshot 2026-09-24 at 7
๐ŸŒŸ Why It Matters:
  1. Your dashboard, your data
โ€” stop seeing everyone's numbers every time you open the dashboard. Set Assigned user = Logged in user once, and every team member automatically sees only their own performance.
  2. Trusted numbers
โ€” the widget face now shows exactly which date property and date range it is calculating on, so two similar widgets showing different numbers no longer create confusion.
  3. Client-ready dashboards
โ€” rename widgets to client-friendly language, apply a matching theme, and duplicate widgets per segment. Turn a generic dashboard into one that feels built specifically for your client.
  4. Permanent segmentation without rebuilding
โ€” use custom fields, tags, or source conditions to permanently scope a widget to a specific segment. No more manual filtering every session.
  5. Year-over-year visibility
โ€” lock a widget to This Year with comparison vs Last Year. Every time your client opens the dashboard, they see their growth story at a glance.
Screenshot 2026-09-24 at 7
โญ๏ธ What's Next?
  1. Configure what's shown in Funnel and Manual Actions widgets
  2. Dashboard Quick Filter support for general widgets
๐Ÿ“ Notes:
  1. Pipeline is available as a runtime filter on the widget face and is not included in Conditions.
  2. Condition fields available vary by widget type and the module it belongs to (Opportunities, Email, Contacts, etc.).
  3. General widgets do not currently respond to dashboard-level Quick Filters.
