Customize your Prospect Report Layout
You can now personalize the structure of your Prospect Reports by selecting which sections to include and defining the order they appear in. This guide walks you through how to manage Global Layout Settings as well as make one-off changes for individual reports.
What’s New
Global Report Layout Settings
- Agencies and Sub-Accounts can now define default report layouts that apply to all future reports.
- Choose which sections to include (e.g., Business Details, Tech Stack, Listings, GBP, Reviews, and more)
- Rearrange sections via drag-and-drop to match your preferred narrative flow
- Save your layout once, and it will be automatically applied to all new reports
- This gives users complete control over how reports are structured, enabling more relevant, client-focused presentations from the start—no post-editing required.

Per-Report Customization
Want to make changes to just one report without affecting your global settings? You can now:
- Open any report
- Click “Sections” in the top-right corner
- Reorder or toggle sections on/off for that specific report
Any adjustments made here are saved for that report only and do not impact your global preferences.
Why It Matters
Previously, users had to work with a fixed layout, limiting the ability to customize how insights were presented. This update solves that by letting you:
- Present reports that align with your agency’s sales strategy and brand tone
- Highlight the most relevant sections for each audience
- Streamline workflows by setting it up once and reusing it consistently
- Whether you’re preparing reports for prospects, clients, or internal reviews, this feature helps ensure every report tells the right story—your way.

This feature is now live and available at no additional cost to:
- All Agency Accounts
- All Sub-Accounts
How to Get Started
- Navigate to Prospecting → Report Settings → Customize Report Layout to set your global defaults.
- Open any existing Prospect Report → Click “Sections” to customize the layout for that individual report.
