Create bulk campaign “scheduler”

create a scheduler to be able to schedule X amount of texts on days and times of choice in one fell swoop
for example
- list of 2,000 contacts with one tag (make it so you don’t have to do different tags)
- be able to send 100 texts per day on the days of your choice at the time of your choice until the list runs out OR you can plug in a pre determined total jumber
- so if the list is 2,000, but you want to send 100 texts per days M, Tu and Friday only at 9am and cap it at 1,000 out of the 2,000 (identified by one tag) you can do that on a bulk scheduler
when I say send 100/day I also mean just the ability to add 100/day at that time to a campaign and the campaign will dictate if it’s an immediate text, email, VM, or “wait” etc...but also having the ability to just schedule one off texts WITHOUT it being part of a campaign would be awesome
one last thing...is the ability to track this somehow, so we can sort by people that already got added to the campaign so if we want to send to the 2nd half of the list, you don’t want to double hit these people and also so we can track stats etc

New Bulk Request Function
Raphael Locsin
Add a function in bulk request to drip out text/emails automatically rather than manually. For example, if your client has a list of 1000 people. With this new function you could upload the list with the same tag and select how many people you would like to send everyday. With the function, we can set it up like daily but not weekends at the this exact same time for 100 a day. It would send those campaign for 10 days automatically. That way you could just set it up once rather than having to set up 100s of times with the current method of sending bulk request and scheduling it.

Drip function for bulk requests

My idea is that we add a function in bulk requests to drip out text messages automatically rather than manually. Let’s say your client has a list of only 1000 people. With this new function you could upload the this with the same tag and select how many people you would like to send a text to everyday. That way you could send only 10 texts a day for example with only having to set it up once rather than having to set it up 100 times with the current method of bulk requests.

Yesss I love this idea, especially the ability to drip out messages from a single tag in controlled batches on specific days/times!
I’d also love a way to schedule an entire email series (like a 5-email nurture) inside Campaigns instead of having to go in and schedule each one manually or build a full workflow.
It would be a dream to have a way to:
- Select my email series
- Choose delivery days (e.g., Mon/Wed/Fri at 9am)
- Batch schedule them from ONE screen
I actually just made a post about this: https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/email/p/simplified-email-sequence-builder-without-needing-workflows-or-tags
Definitely following this thread. I hope we see more flexibility with scheduling + sequencing soon!

it would be great to have the ability to 'Export' the list under 'Bulk Action Status' or to be able to filter this in 'Contacts' so you can resend emails. i.e. bulk action for a mass email: 300 are 'Successful' and 100 are 'Error'; a sales rep had a typo in their 'send from' email address so the entire list did not get it as it seems the email provider recognized it and cut it off from being delivered

This would be very helpful. Did an automation email campaign to invite people to a business meeting. It was a small list, however, for a larger invite list, DRIP would be very valuable vs having to break it up into several lists using tags to protect the clients sender score. Using automations, I created a pipeline and moved the contacts through the pipeline based on what email was confirmed as sent, and then added an automation to remove any hard bounces from that campaign.
Adding in text and v.mail reminder would have been a good idea too. Another way to do this (not possible now) could be the ability to select some sort of successful email campaign send status to enter the contact into an automation sequence based on the name of the email in the workflow.

Here are examples of how two other CRMs incorporate this feature into their standard SMTP settings.
