As someone who sets up systems for coaches and service providers every day, I absolutely love the power of Workflows, but I’ve noticed a consistent pain point for both myself and my clients:
We just want to send a simple sequence of 7–10 emails over time (daily or every few days) without building a full Workflow or setting up a tag-based trigger.
Right now, we have to:
Either build 10 separate Campaigns and schedule each one individually (tedious)
OR build a Workflow that requires a trigger (like adding a tag or form submission), which is often overkill for a simple drip sequence.
Ideal Feature: A “Sequence Builder” inside the Campaigns tab where we could
  • Add multiple emails in one place
  • Set delays between them (like Day 0, Day 3, Day 7)
  • Select a Smart List or Tag to send to
  • Hit schedule and it sends like a simple, no-trigger-needed email series
BTW, I am not asking to replace Workflows!
I totally get that Workflows are ideal for behavior-based automation. But for basic email series (like welcome sequences, mini launches, or lead magnet follow-ups), this kind of “campaign container” would make a huge difference.
