I’d like to request a valuable enhancement to the Workflow automation system: a trigger or conditional logic based on call duration.
📞 Use Case:
Many of our clients need to monitor and take action on calls that last less than a defined threshold, such as 10 seconds. These short calls often indicate missed connections, hang-ups, or call routing issues.
✨ Feature Suggestion:
Please consider adding a Workflow trigger or filter such as:
"If call duration is less than X seconds..."
"If call duration is between X and Y seconds..."
This would allow users to automate actions like:
Sending follow-up SMS
Creating internal tasks or notifications
Logging the call differently
Triggering an alternative call strategy
