I would like to create a workflow based on call duration. For example, if a call is less than 10 seconds I would like to send a notification to a user prompting the user to go and listen to the call recording to determine why the call was so short. I would also like to send an automated text to the caller if the call duration was less than 5 seconds to verify if the call was intended or not.

We need this ASAP. Our conversion quality is not the same since switching from Call Rail to HL. Having the system count every call as a conversion is resulting in poor quality conversions. Our only alternative is to manually go in and move leads in the pipeline as most of our home service contractos don't use this feature. This has been a standard feature for many years in the call tracking platforms we used previously (Call Tracking Metrics, and Call Rail).

Need This Badly! Can't properly track Conversions without it and its forcing me to have to use a other Call Tracking Companies so that i get accurate data. This is a huge miss not having this.,

In our call center portion of our agency we need to understand if calls were actual conversations (above a certain amount of time). and since the API nor the workflows can't do this, we need to manually pull this data from call reporting every week, and it's really cumbersome for each client.

Yes this would be the most accurate way for me to track lead phone conversions. I know my client hang up on telemarketers under an average of 45 seconds. If i had a work flow that could send google analytics event after only an allotted amount of time, it would creating increase the data that im currently tracking. Move conversion quality= more effective ads= Better ROAS

Yes this is so important. We have had this ability for many years in Call Rail and other call tracking platforms. This would help improve our conversion quality on customers that get mostly calls in Google ads as conversions.
