Currently, with the 100, 250 SMS limits, it still sends out the SMS when we have hit the limit. This is an issue because we have then have a split list of some people who have received the promo and some who havent and it is difficult to select those who haven't gotten the promo yet.

To be clear, campaign (workflow) should resume sending from the exact point in the smart list that it paused when it reached the daily limit and paused.

I believe it would be very useful if I could limit how many messages I could send per day. So basically instead of sending my whole list in a day send 100 out the list.
