At the moment when someone starts a chat we do not get notified and miss them. To automate an internal notification with a workflow to have a push message would be amazing, so we can answer right away!
Customer Replied Chat Widget does not work!

Yes 1. lets add live chat as a channel into the customer replied trigger & 2. Add send live chat reply as a workflow action....hopefully ASAP...would open up huge capability with the new live chat communication channel.
