My idea is to add a call duration filter to the triggers. The use case would be if you wanted to create an email alert for missed calls. GHL is not able to accurately identify missed calls if the call status is technically completed.... for example if it rings all the way to the voicemail but they hang up. A filter for calls lasting 30 seconds or less could be helpful and more accurate. This filter could also possibly help identify higher quality leads
