Internal SMS from workflows do not deliver to custom conversation provider delivery URLs. This is important for people who need alternative providers.

This is something that always surprises me that it is not standard. This should be treated as a bug actually. But I support the idea.

A note from GHL Devs: "Thats right, today the internal notification (SMS) does not support custom providers. We do have this on our roadmap, but I am afraid there is no definite ETA at the moment. I will talk to the team internally to check where we can position this in terms of future items of our roadmap."
