We now have the ability to manually create a group chat, this is already an amazing addition! However, it would be extremely helpful to have the ability to create new group SMS, or send text to a group chat directly from within a workflow. As of right now, workflows allow us to send SMS to a single contact, but it would be nice to be able to send a text to multiple contacts (in a group chat) based on a trigger. For example, some Opportunity Cards can contain multiple contacts (e.g: a lead and a referral partner), we should be able to send a text in a group chat to both to update them on certain events.
