It would be extremely helpful if GHL alerted the user when they create a contact record that is already in the system.. OR when they schedule an appointment using contact information that overwrites another contact record.
For example - I have sales representatives that will often add the wrong contact information to the phone number field when they schedule a meeting. When they do so, the meeting gets scheduled with another contact. Ergo, the contact that the meeting was supposed to be scheduled for never gets called.. and it's a missed meeting.
If a feature, even a confirmation pop-up, existed that showed the sales rep which contact they were scheduling a meeting for.. it would cut down on missed appointments for everyone that uses this system.
