My client systems are complex and I don't want my clients to accidentally break anything that is connected to other 3rd party systems. For example if ASK AI updates the pipeline stages or order, then this will break existing integrations.

Ideas Board Finds: Granular Admin/User Permissions for each feature/product.
No product, feature, or upgrade should be released out of Beta/Labs to the general user base without granular permissions as a design criteria. Each feature should have specific user permissions.

Ask AI needs to be very aware of the limitations and capabilities of HighLevel. Ask AI should never suggest something that isn't exactly the way that thing is done in the operating system. And, it must be context aware of the specific location: active features and user permissions. No generic answers, please.

A step further would be to allow subaccounts the ability for ASK AI to make changes to some features but not others. If they try to edit a restricted feature they see a message like "Please contact [agency support email address] to update your permissions."
