Remove/Edit the Contact form in the chat widget

Hello, I hope there will be a feature where we can manually edit or remove the contact form that is currently embedded in the chat widget :)

This is not completed. How do we edit the form in the chat widget? It's not in forms, and you can't edit it in the chat widget editor.

Yes I believe we should be able to edit the form with custom fields so we can create a tag system or at least place them in the right pipeline if our clients offer different solutions to different problems.
