Enable WebChat to actually have live chat function

It seems obvious to have a WebChat to actually have live chat function like Tawk or similar. Otherwise seems like a simple form that pops up, I may be under stating the function, but a Live Chat would be really useful when pushed in to the Conversations page of the accounts.

We have a lot of users come to our website for one-off questions and support. They don't always want to give us an email or a phone number yet we still need to give them proper support. Having a normal (realtime) in browser chat widget is very important to our business and there can always be a check added if they would like to chat via sms. Thanks!
