Need options to set the web & live chat widgets to load
  • as a popup
  • in a full-page
  • on a delay or
  • upon exit
-> option to load the form before the chat session loads or ends.
-> option to add prompts (pre-existing questions) so it's easy for prospects to click buttons instead of typing them.
Helps invite leads for a chat and capture their info, who didn't choose to hit that bubble already.
