Please allow for a smoother transition into AI live chat. Allow us to put our own trigger words to "wake up" our chatbot or the option to connect to the customer the minute they click on the chat bubble. Right now i have no choice but to write some sort of text in those little chatbubble text slots in settings. It wont let me leave it blank and save. It reverts back to "an agent will be with you in one moment" (or something like that). Please remove the original chat widget options and allow for new ones for the AI ChatBot.
