Chat Bubble Z-Index & Positioning

I need to be able to adjust the z-index and have not been able to find anyway to adjust this without manually writing code for it. The specific issue that I'm having is due to including a cookie consent banner on a client's website and I need it to appear above the chat widget. AccessiBe has an excellent UI for customizing their accessibility widget. It allows you to change the position and appearance of the widget, then export the code to use on a website.

I added a sticky bar at the bottom of a website, but the chat widget is displayed over it and I cannot click the buttons in the sticky bar. We need a way to be able to move the chat widget freely on the screen.

My chat widgets always get stuck underneath headers and other elements. Changing the z-index would be excellent.
