Allow on email to show as only filled in chat widget

We all know phone number is the default required field in the chat widget. But there should be a way we can request for only email address instead of phone number and email address in the chat widget. Most people are not comfortable giving out their phone numbers and are more comfortable with emails. Plus the twilio bill can get kind of expensive for agencies.

Yes, the ability to use the chat widget without requiring a phone number from the lead, or a Twilio connection in the sub-account would be great!
We have many clients who do not use SMS at all in their sub-accounts and so cannot use the chat widget. Or who use SMS in a limited capacity but don't want to use it for chat because their cold audience is reluctant to provide a phone number (but not so reluctant with email).
Most notably, our European customers are especially wary of this due to GDPR guidelines on “collecting unnecessary information”.
