Hi Raul. Trigger links are not currenlty working with Whatsapp. You can use Custom Values, yes, but not trigger links. This Would be a great feature as currently there is no way for me to remove someone from a workflow if a link was clicked in WA. In order for me to remove people, i have to ask them to leave a specific word like "ready" or "thanks" to stop sending them messages. Then, create an IF condition that separates people by their response or lack of it. Still, someone can reply "ready", and has not clicked the link. This would just work for me to remove them from a workflow, but not to validate if a link was clicked or not.
