Please improve the Whatsapp template messages for the variables to be filled when sending it, NOT when creating it. Currently the variables in Whatsapp templates are tied to specific system fields, which greatly limits the ability to send customised messages to leads. Many other systems that use the Whatsapp API have been working with dynamic variables for a long time. The variables ( i.e. {{1}}, {{2}}...) should be added to the template only with sample values. Then, when sending the template manually, there should be an input field for each variable where we can either choose a system/custom field or fill it manually. Thank you
