Currently, in Workflows, we can only choose which WhatsApp number to send from when using the direct WhatsApp action. However, that action is mainly designed for contact-facing messages.

When using the Internal Notification action, which is extremely useful for notifying specific users or team members, there is no option to choose which WhatsApp number the notification should come from.

It would be extremely helpful to add a "Send From WhatsApp Number" option inside the Internal Notification action.

This would allow agencies and businesses with multiple WhatsApp numbers to organize internal communications much more effectively. For example, we could dedicate separate WhatsApp numbers for:

Internal reminders

Billing and payment notifications

Design requests

Sales notifications

Client support

Administrative alerts

This would prevent one WhatsApp number from becoming overloaded with every type of notification and would make internal workflows much easier to organize, identify, and manage.

For agencies managing multiple teams, departments, and clients, this would be a very valuable workflow improvement.
