Now we have a problem with meta.

Voice calling is currently enabled for the phone number xxx belonging to Central GPS. Recently, a significant volume of calls placed by users to this number have not been answered, resulting in a poor experience for users.

If calls continue to go unanswered, the calling buttons for your phone number will be hidden from users.

What you can do

For the phone number above, you can:

Continue allowing users to call. Please identify and address the cause of calls not being picked up and make sure you are properly resourced to handle expected call volumes.

Hide call buttons for user-initiated calls. You can do so either by working with your partner or going to WhatsApp Manager > Account tools > Phone numbers > select Phone number xxx > Calls > toggle off Display call buttons.

Turn off calling altogether. You can do so either by working with your partner or going to WhatsApp Manager > Account tools > Phone numbers > select Phone number xxx > Calls > toggle off Allow voice calls.
