I see the Beta. I see the WhatsApp integration. I read the documentation "WhatsApp Full Setup Guide for Agency", but none of this really tells us anything. For an additional $X per month, a person can turn on WhatsApp for their account, but then what? Is it replacing Twilio and SMS messaging? I use WhatsApp personally, but cannot promote something I cannot tell my users how it works, what to expect, how to use it, how it will benefit them, or what may the additional costs be.
Please get us some documentation and more information on this as we do have clients in other countries who have been asking about WhatsApp for a while now.
