I’d like to mention that, in both the app and the desktop version, the catalog feature on WhatsApp isn’t working properly.
For example, when a person adds a product to their cart on WhatsApp and tries to place the order, it doesn’t appear in the app or the desktop version of GHL.

It adds a lot of value that customers who use the WhatsApp integration can view customer orders through the WhatsApp catalog. Today it cannot be seen in the conversations.

Hi Umar Ranginwala, some businesses need a WhatsApp catalogue and integration with a payment gateway. For the normal WhatsApp business app, they can configure a catalogue, customers can select the product and add to cart. But we also need it to integrate with a payment gateway.
If GHL plans to have a WhatsApp catalogue, please look into integrating a payment option as well. Thank you
