When our team opens an incoming WhatsApp message in Conversations, the contact never sees the blue ticks on their side, so they think we haven't read it. The WhatsApp Cloud API already supports marking messages as read (status: "read"), but HighLevel doesn't send it.
Request:
  • Automatically send the "read" status to WhatsApp when a user opens the conversation (or when it's marked as read).
  • Optional toggle per sub-account to turn it on/off.
Why it matters: customers expect the blue ticks on WhatsApp. Without them they assume they're being ignored and they follow up repeatedly or go elsewhere. Confirmed with support (ticket #6546331) that this isn't currently wired in.
