Discussed with Umar today. Integration enabled multiple phone numbers currently, but no way to assign to a specific staff member. Recommendation is to add a filter in the customer replied trigger called In Phone Number that gives you ability to select specific whatsapp number then assign based on that trigger. The other option would be to add another module to the Staff profile settings to assign a specific whatsapp number to that specific user.
