I want to use WhatsApp Coexistence for my sales team and WhatsApp Cloud API for account-level and company-wide communications. Currently, if WhatsApp Cloud API is enabled, you cannot add WhatsApp Coexistence to the same sub-account. The suggested workaround is to create a new subaccount, but that causes fragmented data and silos.
I want both capabilities in a single subaccount so I can understand the pulse of deal movement with full context and communications via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Specifically, I prefer WhatsApp Coexistence for the sales team because they can manage objections more effectively, avoid having to get templates approved for every situation, and provide custom offers for particular leads.
I hope this makes sense and gets prioritized quickly.

PLease note that the need for multiple numbers under the same account is extremely needed but with option to seperate the AI conversation per number.
For example:
Let Sales whatsapp number run with the sales Agent while the costumer service whatsapp runs on the Costumer Service Agent.
Also in many latin company the need there already years of using ¨Whatsapp API Multi Agent¨ where the multiple numbers use is already a standart and GHL is a little bit behind and its creating friction trying to close these clients.

Please, this is URGENT! my clients have agents and they need to be connected through WA in GHL. I verified the Meta Account and I can only add 2 numbers? Is that a joke?

I would like this as well, one of my clients they have multiple whatsapp business numbers, and they want to integrate all of them. so having a way to do that would be great. Because if not they will have to pay for multiple sub accounts and multiple whatsapp subscriptions
