This should be no different to facebook, instagram, gmb (whatever it now is), tiktok etc and emails. WhatsApp should be included within the subscription cost!

It creates too much friction and still has bugs to this date- deployment doesn't always work etc - please remove it and also make the cost per marketing message lower. Competitors in my area charge less per message, even if I set my re-billing to 0 on WA... it's still higher than other suppliers.

The monthly WhatsApp cost does add up, especially when you're starting out. We found the ROI makes sense once clients are actively using it for customer service or campaigns, but yeah, the barrier to entry is real for smaller shops.

The separate billing for WhatsApp does make client invoicing more complex. We end up having to explain why messaging costs extra when everything else is bundled.
