A client asked me for an automation that, when clients sent voice notes, could be automatically downloaded and stored in a folder on the GHL drive. I tried to do it by sending the information of an incoming message via webhook but for WhatsApp it does not send that data. I would like to know if there is a way to send the url of the WhatsApp voice note via webhook as custom data. Otherwise, I would like to know if there is any way I can use the API to be able to download the WhatsApp voice note in this way and be able to store them by another means.

Umar Ranginwala this is failing in around 10% of cases, I have an open call for this, regardless of the contact and the subaccount, in some cases the audio URL is not being generated or it is not synchronizing, but it is giving an error, the GHL people themselves confirmed the error

We need to be able to transcribe the audios sent by clients via WhatsApp, but the audios are not downloaded to GHL, no type of URL is generated, breaking the entire Conversation AI experience or any other automation that we need to transcribe the audio and reply to the customer.
