I would like to propose a functional improvement for the Lead Connector app that would significantly streamline communication and enhance our efficiency.

The Current Problem:

Currently, when a team member needs to contact a lead via their personal WhatsApp from the Lead Connector app, the process is highly manual and inefficient. They must:

Click on the contact's phone number.

Copy the number.

Exit the Lead Connector app.

Open the WhatsApp application.

Paste the number to start a new conversation.

While simple, this process consumes valuable time when performed repeatedly throughout the day, slowing down our response times.

Specific Use Case:

In our agency, we have sub-accounts configured with a primary WhatsApp number using the coexistence feature. However, many of our staff members also conduct follow-ups from their personal WhatsApp numbers to maintain more direct and agile communication. The current friction to initiate these conversations is a significant bottleneck in their daily workflow.

Proposed Solution:

My suggestion is that when a user clicks on a contact's phone number within the Lead Connector app, a menu of options should appear, including:

Call

Send SMS

Open in WhatsApp

Selecting "Open in WhatsApp" would automatically launch a chat with that number in the user's WhatsApp application. This is similar to the "click-to-chat" functionality already offered by many other platforms.

Improved Efficiency: It would dramatically simplify the workflow, boosting the productivity of staff who perform follow-ups.
