It would be fantastic to have the ability to build WhatsApp Flows directly within the platform, enabling features like charging users via WhatsApp, integrating with a shop, and more. Additionally, the capability to import flows into the system, customize them with dynamic values, and automate them effectively would greatly enhance usability.
A seamless way to connect webhooks for receiving data and sending it to the flow would open up opportunities for creating lead generation forms, pre-qualification processes, event registrations, and other innovative use cases. These enhancements would significantly improve workflow efficiency and user engagement.

We've been using WhatSnap.ai for WhatsApp flows since GHL doesn't support them yet. Works great for surveys and custom interactions without the template restrictions. The workaround you tried is clever but yeah, GHL throws those component errors when you modify flows outside their system.

It would be really useful to be able to build custom WhatsApp flows that work with the templates. We can already build custom flows inside the WhatsApp Manager inside the Meta Business Manager, but we cannot initiate or send it out through GHL, or use the data / responses. This will help keep the whole experience on WhatsApp, increasing conversions and ease of use.

Hello everyone. I need this badly for a few clients. Also, please add the ability to add 1 flow and multiple custom buttons to templates just like META WA business manager.
It would be very nice to sync existing flows from Meta to GHL just like the templates. I have already built a few flows without endpoint.
Tried to work around this.
1) I have created "Book Appointment" on GHL and published it. I can view and edit this on META.
2) Then I went to META and edited the code to suite my needs as attached.
3) I went to the GHL and created a template with a few custom buttons to suite my needs. I can view and edit this template on META.
4) I went to META and edited the GHL template, added a flow button to the META flow that I customized earlier and left a few custom buttons.
All got approved but GHL can't send the template. I got error:
"Components sub_type invalid at index: 0 and type: 0"
Anyways, I need this functionality very badly... Thanks...
