Appointment custom fields not populating in WhatsApp templates

Please fix this bug ASAP. I tried adding appointment details in the WhatsApp template. In the preview, it showed that the custom fields would populate the data, but when I sent the message, the fields were not populated.

I had this issue a few days ago, and looks like it's a META bug. I tried with several likewise templates till one finally worked... (not the best way to solve it, but it worked)
But it's very frustrating....

muhammad ali I didn't really do anything extraordinary; I simply created new WhatsApp templates until one finally output the appointment data.
It was very frustrating because, when comparing it to other workflows that I had previously set up and that worked without issues, I couldn't find the exact reason why the appointment date and time data weren't being sent.
Besides this (creating another message template), I recommend you confirm and check that the message trigger is related to or is the 'appointment' trigger, so there is no doubt that it should work correctly.
