I want to use WhatsApp Coexistence for my sales team and WhatsApp Cloud API for account-level and company-wide communications. Currently, if WhatsApp Cloud API is enabled, you cannot add WhatsApp Coexistence to the same sub-account. The suggested workaround is to create a new subaccount, but that causes fragmented data and silos.
I want both capabilities in a single subaccount so I can understand the pulse of deal movement with full context and communications via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Specifically, I prefer WhatsApp Coexistence for the sales team because they can manage objections more effectively, avoid having to get templates approved for every situation, and provide custom offers for particular leads.
I hope this makes sense and gets prioritized quickly.
