The idea is to add the name of the agent that's leading the conversation so the client is aware of the name of the person. Is very useful in cases where the conversation need to be pass to a different agent.

We handle this manually right now by having agents introduce themselves when they take over a conversation. Gets messy when clients forget who they're talking to mid-conversation though.
