When a call is transferred - it would be great to be able to select a user or enter a phone number. If they are a user, I want it to be able to ring through the app so I can see who is calling. I don't answer numbers I don't know on my personal line so only seeing the number come through has them going to voicemail. Also, after-hour transfers that go straight to voicemail would be nice.
