Voice AI Needs Multi-Calendar Booking Based on Intent

The current Voice AI booking feature is limited to a single calendar, which creates major workflow issues in real-world use cases — especially in industries like real estate where intent matters deeply.
In our CRM, for example, we handle buyers, sellers, and investors — all of whom call in with very different goals. The AI does a great job gathering intent in the conversation, but right now it can only book appointments to one default calendar, regardless of what the caller is actually trying to do.
This causes:
Wrong automations triggering (e.g., a seller gets dropped into a buyer workflow)
Manual reassignments, slowing down our team
Bad client experience, especially when follow-up messaging is misaligned
A better solution would be:
Allow Voice AI to route bookings to the correct calendar based on intent (e.g., keywords like “sell my home” → Seller calendar)
This enables the correct pipeline, stage, and automation sequence to fire without manual cleanup
This functionality would significantly improve use-case depth for real estate, insurance, legal, medical, and other multi-intent industries. It’s a logical next step for making Voice AI more powerful, scalable, and conversion-friendly.
