Have multiple use cases but need the AI agent to be able to lookup certain values / table / range of values from within a Google Spreadsheet or an Airtable doc.
This will allow us to give out realtime inventory status, pricing information for various products, used or free calendar slots or lookup specific information as required from time to time.
Also, can we get the agent to perform advanced math calculations too in order to be able to process requests for a quote, for example.

Hello G J, this may cost you per execution but you can configure a workflow to fetch data from Google Sheets and trigger the workflow with Voice AI.

Aditya Jha: This is not to trigger a workflow, instead enabling Voice AI agents to read from and write to a Google spreadsheet, Airtable, or any other configured database to provide real-time information to callers. The agents must also to be able to execute any logic (such as conversion or transformation) and also handle advanced math calculations in order to provide price quotes or estimates.

Aditya Jha: Here's a simple use case. The agent must be able to lookup stock inventory from a database (or Google Spreadsheet for example) in real-time and provide information on availability. Then calculate the total price of items caller wants to inquire about, check for discounts on specific items and then be able to communicate the total price to the caller, working in the background, and communicating the required info during the conversation.

That way the AI Agent has access to a living document that can be updated with the current information and UpToDate information can be provided.
