Voice Agent Recognizing Current Time

Has anyone got the voice and chat bots to accurately and consistently recognize the current time? Or understanding the current time to know if it's currently business hours or not?
For example, I only want appointments booked 2 hours out from the current time AND I only want it to transfer to a human during business hours.
After playing with those scenarios in the prompt, its hit or miss. Any tricks?
