I've built a fully trained AI voice agent. It can find products for customers from our online catalogue and it is AMAZING but the final piece of the puzzle is missing.

What I want it to do is once a customer has chatted about a particular product I want it to then offer to send the links to that product to the customer via their preferred method, i.e. WhatsApp, SMS or Email. The AI already knows what the customer now AND it also knows the URL's of the product or products it is discussing. So, what I want then is the AI to ask the customer "Should I send you the link to this product via your preferred contact channel?" and if the customer says YES then it automatically sends them the links. This info should also be recorded in the customer record.

Think this would be amazing.
