I'm having a problem where the ai voice and the caller are always talking over each other, and the ai sometimes cuts off the caller. This needs to be cleaned up.

Yes please this would be amazing - some calls get interrupted often and clients are wondering why. Being able to adjust the sensitivity would be a great feature to give more control.

Puru Bansal not as much of an issue as it used to be but I am still hearing instances of interruption where the bot isn't accounting for natural pauses during speech. I also feel like it does this when it 'thinks' it knows what the caller is trying to say.

Yes, we need some mechanism or prompt to make sure the voice AI accounts for pauses in the person's responses. It will also cut the caller of similar to how a human does when they "think" they know the answer already. Not good.
