It would be really cool and helpful to have the ability to put a social media link of a company and have the knowledge base information be trained on it!! This would really help with keeping up with a company's current marketing and social media before you are involved with them. I understand that this could be incorporated on a website, but most of these companies don't have websites or good ones at all, meaning I am having to build all of it from scratch pretty much. This would be great for knowing what promotions and offers a company is currently promoting on their accounts and to have knowledge of previous deals and promotions that they held. This way a customer calling the client's ai could ask "If you are not running any current discount or promotions, tell me what their previous ones were like and the occasion of them"
